Resource Innovation Institute, an Oregon non-profit corporation (“RII”or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites resourceinnovation.org or cannabispowerscore.org and utilize the services offered there (our “Website“)  or using the Cannabis PowerScore mobile app (collectively with the Website, the “Services“) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On the Website.
  • Through the Cannabis PowerScore mobile app.
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services.

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by RII or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Services are intended for adults over the age of 21 and so are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or through our Services. This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on or via our Services from residents of the United States. If you are using our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We DO NOTdisclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
